If you are practicing risky اذا كنت تمارس محفوفه بالمخاطر selling or buying of financial instruments بيع أو شراء الأدوات المالية then you are into the business of day trading and you are called a day trader. انت بعد ذلك الى الاعمال التجارية من اليوم وانت اليوم ودعا التاجر. There are different categories of financial instruments which is either cash or other instrument’s derivatives. وهناك فئات مختلفة من الادوات المالية التي هي اما نقدا او غيرها من المشتقات الصك. They readily available in tradable forms and is not present in the outside context of financial markets. انها متاحة للتداول في اشكال وليس خارج هذا السياق في الاسواق المالية.

In the pace of modern commerce, if fungible credit is created then this legal interest are transformed where most business people accept notes from third parties backed up by worthy credit parties such as banks. في وتيرة التجارة الحديثة ، واذا كانت قابلة للاستبدال الائتمان التي انشئت بعد ذلك هذه هي مصلحة قانونيه تحول فيها معظم رجال الأعمال ويلاحظ ان يقبل من اطراف ثالثة جديره المدعوم من قبل الاطراف الائتمان مثل المصارف. Different usage created for securities changes both for the holder and issuer. الاستعمال التي انشئت لمختلف الاوراق المالية التغييرات سواء بالنسبة للحامل والمصدر. Capital raisings purpose also defines the securities characteristics expanding vastly over modern times. رأس المال raisings الغرض كما يحدد الخصائص التوسع الكبير في الأوراق المالية على مدى العصور الحديثة.

A certificate is often the representation of a security. شهادة وغالبا ما يكون تمثيل الامن. It includes shares of bonds, mutual funds or corporate stocks issued by governmental agencies and corporations, stock options, several investment instruments, and units of limited partnership. وتشمل السندات والاسهم ، وصناديق الاستثمار المشترك أو الأسهم التي تصدرها الشركات والوكالات الحكوميه والشركات ، وخيارات الأسهم ، والعديد من ادوات الاستثمار ، ووحدات للشراكة محدودة.

Stock is defined in financial terminology as a raised capital of a corporation issued and distributed through shares. الاسهم المالية تعرف في المصطلحات التي اثارها بوصفه رأس المال للشركة وتوزيعها عن طريق اصدار الاسهم. Shareholders can be either an organization or a person holding the shares, or fractions of the shares of a certain corporation’s stock. ويمكن ان يكون اما حملة الاسهم او منظمة او شخص يشغل منصبا الأسهم ، أو الأجزاء من اسهم شركة معينة من الاسهم. Market capitalization is the aggregation of the value of issued shares by a corporation. رسمله السوق هو تجميع من قيمة الأسهم المصدرة من قبل الشركة.

An individual must know the basic criteria of a suitable stock to ويجب ان يعرف الفرد الاساسية للمعايير مناسبة لالمخزون become successful in stock day trading تصبح ناجحه في المخزون التجاري اليوم . You can be considered a potential stock day trader if you know the four most important characteristics. يمكنك ان تعتبر امكانيه المخزون التاجر في اليوم اذا كنت تعرف أهم أربع خصائص.

1. Good Liquidity. السيوله الجيدة. Liquidity refers to the existence of buyers and sellers in sufficiently larger quantities on certain stocks permitting another trader to easily and quickly acquire a position or exits it in the stock. السيوله يشير الى وجود مشترين والبائعين في الكفايه كميات اكبر على بعض الاسهم التي تسمح للتاجر الى آخر بسهولة وسرعة الحصول على منصب او مخارج في المخزون. It is important that a day trader is requiring fast executions within prices that are relatively predictable. ومن المهم ان اليوم هو تاجر في اطار عمليات الاعدام السريعه التي تحتاج الى الأسعار التي يمكن التنبؤ بها نسبيا.

High liquidity has an extra advantage because it generally reduces the spread of bid-ask in a certain stock leading to the reduced costs execution of a day trader. ارتفاع نسبة السيوله لديها ميزة اضافية لانه بصفة عامة يقلل من انتشار العطاءات اسال في بعض الاسهم مما يؤدي الى انخفاض تكاليف التنفيذ ليوم واحد تاجر. Liquidity cannot be measured quantitatively but it is only based on several important factors including volumes, number of shares, ownership breadth, and numbers of market makers. السيوله لا يمكن قياسها كميا ولكن ما هي الا بناء على عدة عوامل هامة بما في مجلدات ، عدد الاسهم ، واتساع الملكيه ، واعداد من صناع السوق.

2. Volume is a liquidity component that is measured easily. حجم السيوله هي العنصر ان يقاس بسهولة. A good stock day trading should at least trade 500,000 shares per day or much better if it exceeds this amount. جيد ينبغي أن المخزون التجاري في اليوم على الاقل التجارة 500000 سهم في اليوم الواحد او افضل بكثير ولو تجاوز هذا المبلغ. High volumes of stocks are permitting a day trader in acquiring or selling stock in larger quantities without affecting the stocks’ price. أحجام كبيرة من الأسهم التي تسمح للتاجر في يوم واحد او حيازه أو بيع الأسهم بكميات اكبر دون التأثير على مخزون 'الاسعار.

3. Good volatility. تقلب جيدا. Volatility is the expected or actual movement of the stock’s price (up or down) within a certain period of time. التقلبات المتوقعة او الفعليه لحركة الأسهم في سعر (نزولا او صعودا) في غضون فترة معينة من الزمن. Little movements in pricing are not a good candidate in day trading. يذكر الحركات في التسعير ليست جيدة المرشحين فى اليوم التجارى. 2.00 dollars fluctuation in stock prices is a good choice. 2،00 دولار التقلبات في أسعار الاسهم هو خيارا جيدا.

4. Transparency of the price is the ability of obtaining information following an order flow in a certain stock called as market depth. الشفافيه في الأسعار هو قدرة الحصول على المعلومات بعد صدور امر معين فى تدفق الاوراق المالية كما دعا الى عمق السوق. Quote systems such as Nasdaq II (displays information from highest ask prices and lowest bid prices) and NYSE (displays information from Highest bid prices and lowest ask prices). اقتبس نظم مثل ناسداك الثاني) لعرض المعلومات من اعلى وادنى الاسعار اطلب عرض الاسعار) وسوق نيويورك للأوراق المالية (لعرض المعلومات من اعلى الاسعار وعرض اسعار ادنى اسال).

However stock in United Kingdom has a different finance meaning. بيد ان المخزون في المملكه المتحدة المالية معنى مختلفا. It refers to a bond and is widely used in all kinds of وهو يشير الى السندات ويستخدم على نطاق واسع في جميع أنواع security markets اسواق الاوراق المالية . Nevertheless shares remain the same if it is used in the issued stocks of a certain corporation. ومع ذلك تظل اسهم نفسه اذا استعملت في اصدار أسهم شركة معينة.
