Netscape’s Initial Public Offering History: Spirit of a Successful Business Entity نتسكيب العامة الأولى التي تقدم التاريخ : روح الكيان مشروع تجاري ناجح

Before the popularity of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer and Mozilla Corporation’s Firefox web browser, Netscape first dominated the web browsing arena. قبل ان شعبية انترنت اكسبلورر من مايكروسوفت وشركة موزيلا فايرفوكس متصفح ويب ، نتسكيب الاول وسيطر على الساحة تصفح الشبكه العالمية. It was formerly known as the ومن المعروف سابقا باسم Netscape Communications Corporation نتسكيب شركة الاتصالات that was established in 1994. التي تم انشاؤها في عام 1994. It offered an extensive line of client and integrated computer applications software for commerce and communications over the Internet and private IP or Internet protocol networks. وعرضت واسعة من العملاء وخط متكامل لتطبيقات الحاسوب البرمجيات والتجارة والاتصالات عبر شبكة الانترنت والملكيه الفكريه الخاصة او شبكات بروتوكول الانترنت.

Netscape’s most popular product during that time, which is the Netscape Navigator, became the leading web browser that allowed individual computer system units to نتسكيب الاكثر شعبية في المنتجات وخلال ذلك الوقت ، وهو نيتسكيب الملاح ، وأصبحت تؤدي على متصفح الشبكه الحاسوبيه الفرديه التي تسمح لنظام وحدات trade information and conduct commerce over the Internet المعلومات التجارية واجراء التجارة على شبكة الانترنت . It offered enterprise with basic capabilities for the creation and operation of web servers, sites, and other places on the Internet which browsers could visit. وعرضت المشاريع مع القدرات الاساسية لانشاء وتشغيل خدمة الانترنت والمواقع والأماكن الأخرى على شبكة الانترنت التي يمكن ان زيارة المتصفحات.

The development of the Internet technology in the late 1960’s facilitated the demand for Netscape’s products. تطوير تكنولوجيا الانترنت في أواخر 1960 'sسهل الطلب على منتجات نتسكيب. The late 1960’s is the period wherein the computer system units needed a software that can access the information stored on the Internet as well as share and upload data that can also be accessed by other web users. أواخر 1960 للفترة فيها هو نظام الحاسوب في حاجة الى وحدات البرمجيات التي يمكن الوصول إلى المعلومات المخزنه على شبكة الانترنت فضلا عن تبادل وتحميل البيانات التي يمكن الاطلاع عليها ايضا من قبل مستخدمي الويب الاخرى. The Web was extensively engineered during the early 1990’s with the inclusion of Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP). شبكة الأنترنت على نطاق واسع خلال هندسيا للاوائل عام 1990 مع إدراج النص التشعبي لغة الترميز (لغة تأشير النص الفائق) وبروتوكول نقل النص التشعبي (بروتوكول انتقال النص المتشعب).

It facilitated the entrance of Netscape in the Internet market through the web browsers area, where they were faced with two challenges: first is to set a new industry standard and second, to generate revenues out of that new industry standard. ويسر مدخل نيتسكيب في السوق عن طريق شبكة الانترنت متصفحات الويب المجال ، حيث تواجه تحديين اثنين : الأول هو وضع معيار جديد للصناعة والثانية ، لتوليد ايرادات جديدة للخروج من هذا المعيار.

In order to face the challenge, Netscape created a computer program that will eliminate Mosaic (software program created by a group of computer science students working for NCSA or the National Center for Supercomputing Applications which enabled non-technical users to gain access and retrieve data on the Web) out of the market. من اجل مواجهة هذا التحدي ، نتسكيب انشأ برنامج الكمبيوتر الذي سيقضي على الفسيفساء) التي انشئت بواسطة البرنامج من قبل مجموعة من طلبة علوم الحاسوب أو التقييم الذاتى للقدرات الوطنية للعمل في المركز القومي للsupercomputing التطبيقات التي تمكن المنظمات غير التقنيه للمستخدمين الحصول على البيانات واسترجاعها الشبكه العالمية) على الخروج من السوق.

And Netscape did it. ونتسكيب فعلت هذا. Sixty percent of Mosaic’s share in the web browsing industry was thrown out by Netscape’s Navigator. وستون في المئة من حصة الفسيفساء في صناعة تصفح الشبكه العالمية ألقيت بها للنيتسكيب الملاح.

However, different young and rapidly-growing software companies became Netscape’s biggest competitors in the web browser market. ومع ذلك ، مختلفة ناشءه وسريعه النمو شركات البرمجيات اصبحت نتسكيب اكبر المنافسين في السوق متصفح ويب. To address Netscape’s needs for an additional equity capital, they began to explore the option of raising additional funds through IPO or initial public offering in the early months of 1995. نتسكيب لمعالجة احتياجات اضافية لرأس المال السهمي ، وانها بدأت استكشاف خيار جمع أموال إضافية عن طريق الاكتتاب العام او العامة الأولية التي تقدم في الاشهر الاولى من عام 1995. Since they have undergone IPO, Netscape was injected with different forms of investment capital. لانها خضعت لالاكتتاب العام ، نتسكيب هو حقن اشكال مختلفة من رأس المال الاستثماري. Different investors ventured into the industry of Netscape, hoping that with the popularity of the company among web browser clientele, they will be able to generate huge profits. تغامر مختلف المستثمرين في الصناعة من نتسكيب ، على امل ان شعبية مع الشركة بين متصفح ويب المتعاملين معها ، وسوف يكون قادرا على توليد الارباح الهاءله.

Netscape completed their IPO in April 1994, and was considered to be a remarkable step in its entire corporate history. نتسكيب اكملت الاكتتاب العام في نيسان / ابريل 1994 ، وينظر اليها على انها خطوة راءعه في تاريخ كامل للشركات. Netscape became the fastest growing software company in the history of the web browser market, with an initial market value of around $1 billion against several hundred millions of young software companies in the market. نتسكيب اصبح الأسرع نموا في شركة برمجيات في تاريخ السوق متصفح الانترنت ، مع أولى من القيمه السوقية حوالى 1 بليون دولار مقابل عدة مئات من الملايين من الشباب الصغار شركات البرمجيات في السوق.

IPO brought about $9.5 million worth of investment capital to Netscape. الاكتتاب العام ادى الى 9،5 مليون دولار من قيمة رأس المال الاستثماري الى نيتسكيب. At the end of the year, the net revenues were recorded to be at $696,000 and net loss of around $8 million due to cash flow from operating activities. في نهاية السنة ، وسجلت صافى الايرادات الى 696000 دولار وحول خسارة صافية قدرها 8 ملايين دولار بسبب التدفق النقدي من الانشطه التشغيليه. However, Netscape, through the IPO, had enough financial funds to pay most of their expenditures. ومع ذلك ، نتسكيب ، عن طريق الاكتتاب العام ، والمالية ما يكفي من الاموال لدفع اكثر من نفقاتها.

    Getting into the market early and doing what you do well. للوصول الى السوق في وقت مبكر ويفعل ما تفعله ايضا. It took another company with a huge market share leveraging a different product to choke out Netscape. واحاطت مع شركة اخرى ضخمة رفع حصتها في السوق لمختلف المنتجات من اصل نتسكيب الاختناق. It’s too bad. انه سيء للغاية.
